JPW Industries seeks a Technical Field Sales Technician to install, commission, and support CNC equipment for customers from a remote base in the United States.

You will join the team to run demos, train operators, and provide on-site service with 40-50% travel; remote work with domestic travel; you’ll translate field feedback to engineering and sales. Qualifikationen

• Technical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship in CNC machining or related field.
• NIMS credentials or OEM control training a plus.
• 5+ years hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience running and maintaining laser, water jet, CNC press brakes, plasma, mills or lathes.
• 3+ years field service traveling to customer sites.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC equipment at customer sites.
• Set up, program, and run machines to prove out performance.
• Provide training to customers and operators.
• Assist sales with demos and site evaluations.
• Communicate field insights back to Engineering and Sales.
• Handle after-hours emergencies as needed.
