Job summary

JPW Industries seeks a Technical Field Sales Technician to install, commission, and support customers across the Eastern United States. You will travel 40–50%, live remotely from home base, and collaborate with service, sales, and product teams to ensure customers maximize machine performance.

You will lead demos, evaluations, and on-site training, turning customer installation into confident, productive operations. Strong CNC and controls experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, training, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Proficient in reading schematics and diagnostics.
