Job summary

JPW Industries in the United States seeks a technically skilled Technician, Technical Field Services to install, commission, and service CNC machinery at customer sites. This home-based role targets the Eastern US with 40-50% travel, requiring hands-on CNC expertise and strong problem-solving abilities to ensure customer success.

As the expert on site, you will train customers, perform demos, and coordinate with Sales and Engineering to improve products and service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience, including setup, programming and operation.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, training and service.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC equipment at customer sites.
• Set up, program, and run machines to prove out performance.
• Provide customer training to enable operators to run machines confidently.
• Write service reports and relay field insights to Engineering and Sales.
