Job summary

JPW Industries is seeking a Technical Field Services Technician to work from a home base in the United States (Eastern US preferred) with 40–50% travel. You will install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC equipment at customer sites, provide on-site training, and support the sales team with demos and site evaluations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience, expertise with laser/water jet/CNC tooling, and strong communication skills to train and assist customers and

Qualifications

Technical degree or apprenticeship in CNC machining or related field.
5+ years hands-on CNC machining at an advanced level.
Experience installing and training at customer sites.
Proficient in reading schematics and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC equipment at customer sites.
Lead demos and site evaluations to support sales.
Provide training and write clear service reports.
Coordinate with engineering and sales to improve products.
