Job summary

JPW Industries is seeking a Technical Field Services Technician to install, commission, and service CNC machines at customer sites across the Eastern US. This remote-friendly role involves significant travel (40-50%) and close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of CNC experience, strong problem-solving and training skills, and OEM control training in Fanuc/Siemens/Haas or similar.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience installing, training, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC equipment at customer sites.
• Set up, program, and run machines to prove performance.
• Provide training to customers and ASC staff.
