Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Clinical Representative who provides technical and clinical expertise to ensure safe adoption of Inspire therapy and devices. You will work with physicians, clinics, and field staff to drive procedural success and training in your region.

The role requires a clinical or healthcare background, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to travel as needed. Remote work options are available with territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years clinical/healthcare/medical device experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year Inspire experience.
• Or Associate degree or professional certification with 5+ years clinical/healthcare/medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on training/support for targeted customers.
• Proactively disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.
• Provide technical expertise for assigned regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
