Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide clinical and technical support for the Inspire therapy, working with physicians, clinics, and field staff to ensure safe adoption and procedural success.

You will perform implant procedure support, device activation, credential maintenance, and post-training follow-up while traveling within the territory as needed. Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years clinical/healthcare or medical device industry experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in a clinical setting
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel within territory including overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics
• Provide clinical education to account staff and regional education activities
• Post-training follow up including procedural reviews, servicing and support
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting
• Collaborate with sales for training and support
• Disseminate scientific and clinical information to customers and sales team
• Stay current on publications and clinical evidence
