Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Clinical Representative in the United States to provide technical and clinical support for Inspire therapy implantation, activation, and ongoing education. The role collaborates with physicians, clinic staff, and sales teams to drive procedural success and safe device adoption.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of clinical/healthcare experience or 1+ year Inspire experience with an associate degree or equivalent certification,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare or medical device industry experience (or 1+ year Inspire experience with a Bachelor’s degree)
• Strong communication and collaboration in clinical settings
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel; travel within territory required

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials for access to hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education to account clinical staff in assigned region.
• Conduct post-training follow ups, including procedural reviews and servicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with sales for training and support to targeted customers.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed clinical information to customers and sales team.
• Support regional education and training activities with technical expertise.
