Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years clinical, healthcare, or medical device experience (or 1+ year Inspire experience with a Bachelor’s).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in a clinical setting; travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Lead education for account clinical staff within the region.
• Conduct post-training follow-ups and in-servicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on training and support for customers.
• Share peer-reviewed clinical information with customers and sales teams.
• Support regional education and training activities with technical expertise.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and evidence.
