Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical support for the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, clinic staff and Inspire field personnel to drive procedural and practice success.

The role requires travel within the territory, installation and activation support, ongoing training, and staying current with clinical literature. A bachelor's degree and clinical/healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in clinical settings.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness to travel within territory, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials to access hospitals and clinics.
• Lead training and education for account clinical staff in assigned region.
• Provide post-training follow up including reviews and in servicing.
• Assist customers with device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on training/support for customers.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed clinical information to customers and sales team.
• Support regional education and training activities with technical expertise.
• Stay current on relevant publications and clinical evidence.
