Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide clinical and technical support for Inspire therapy and products. You will work with physicians, clinic staff and field teams to drive procedural success and device adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in clinical, healthcare, or medical device environments, strong communication, and travel willingness within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with clinical/healthcare experience in medical devices.
• Strong communication and collaboration in clinical settings.
• Proficient MS Office skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on training/support for targeted customers.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and sales team.
• Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant publications and clinical evidence.
