Job summary
Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to deliver technical and clinical support for the safe adoption of Inspire therapy and products. You will work with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.
The role requires travel within the territory, strong clinical communication, and the ability to educate staff on device use and post-training follow-up. Competitive benefits and remote-friendly options are offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical/healthcare or medical device experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ year Inspire experience or
- Associates degree with 5+ years clinical/healthcare or medical device experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
- Maintain credentials enabling hospital/clinic access.
- Provide technical leadership and education in the region to clinical staff.
- Post-training follow-up including procedural reviews and servicing.
- Assist customers in device troubleshooting and training coordination.
- Collaborate with sales for training/support to customers.
- Disseminate peer-reviewed clinical information to customers and sales teams.
