Job summary

Physitrack is seeking a licensed physical therapist to help clinicians using remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) understand billing, CPT eligibility, and CMS codes. This role focuses on education and enablement rather than direct clinical monitoring.

You will work with clinics on RTM policies, develop training materials for sales and customer success teams, and join calls with prospective customers to convey clinical credibility and address billing questions.

Qualifications

• Must have RTM experience and CMS codes familiarity.
• Licensed PT in good standing with outpatient private practice experience preferred.
• Comfortable discussing billing policy by phone with practice owners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinics on RTM policies from policy acceptance to first patient enrollment and CPT eligibility.
• Create materials for sales and customer success teams and train them to use them.
• Join calls with prospective customers where clinical credibility influences decisions.
• Answer clinicians' questions about what codes are billable and related CMS guidelines.
