Job summary

Jukebox Health is seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for multiple partner accounts.

The role serves as the bridge between sales, operations, and clinical teams, driving program optimization and quick resolutions, with OT/PT clinical background strongly valued. You will translate partner feedback into actionable product and process improvements, manage escalations, and guide end-to-end implementation from contract to launch.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential)
• 3+ years in project management, consulting, partner/account management in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular proactive communication with partner stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product, operations, and clinical teams
• Drive growth and expansion within existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for program enhancement and increased utilization
• Own visibility into key metrics indicating program health and use them to drive priorities and interventions
• Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships from contract signature to program launch
