INDLS-Hunter International is seeking a Field Care Manager Nurse (RN) in Michigan. The role focuses on assessing member needs, coordinating care plans, and guiding families to suitable resources to promote wellness. Travel to homes and community settings is required.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN or higher and have 2+ years in health care or case management, with active MI RN licensure. Strong communication and inter-disciplinary collaboration skills are essential.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist with at least 2 years in health care or case management.
• Active Michigan RN license, no disciplinary action.
• Ability to travel to homes and community settings for assessments.
