Job summary

Vault Risk Management Services, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, sales, and relationship management within the high-net-worth insurance segment.

Responsibilities include executing business plans, meeting with agents, identifying opportunities, and collaborating across teams. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in the insurance industry and a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or agency management within the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and distribution channels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with independent agents and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive growth.
• Travel extensively to meet with agents for training and support.
• Identify high-potential agencies and onboard them through sales.
