Job summary

DBox Inc. in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks a driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to expand our client base among property managers and commercial clients. You will own the full sales cycle, work closely with operations, and help launch new client sites.

Mileage reimbursement and a competitive compensation package are provided. Ideal candidates have experience in field sales, strong communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or related services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Visit industrial and commercial properties to introduce DBox services.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and meet with property managers and facility managers.
• Promote portering, maintenance, and handyman services.
• Attend networking events to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
• Assist with estimating labor and equipment needs for new sites.
