Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Field-based Joint Replacement Sales Associate to join our sales team in Wisconsin. You will assist experienced sales professionals, conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, and help drive case coverage and territory development.

You must have a relevant degree or medical certification and 2+ years of related experience (or 4 years in lieu of a degree). Travel is essential (~50%), with on-call duties and a strong emphasis on building client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification AND 2+ years related experience OR High School Diploma AND 4+ years related experience OR 4+ years active-duty military service.
• Prefer medical-related field, B2B sales experience, and proven goal attainment.
• Demonstrated resilience, adaptability and relationship-building in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Resolve product issues onsite and educate medical staff.
• Maintain sample inventory and manage time effectively.
• Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
