Job summary

United Future is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support regional sales teams with technical solutions for embedded computing, FPGA/DSP, and RF applications. The role is remote within the assigned territory, with substantial travel (50%+), including overnight trips.

You will gather requirements, suggest suitable hardware/software approaches, and present roadmaps to customers and internal teams. A strong engineering background and customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Field Applications Engineering or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software integration in embedded systems.
• Experience interpreting customer requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales managers by understanding customer requirements and recommending solutions.
• Present product capabilities and roadmaps to customers and partners.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams during pre-sales and implementation.
