Zaddy Solutions in the United States is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support regional sales teams by understanding customer requirements and recommending technical solutions for embedded computing systems. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams, delivering pre-sales support and ongoing technical assistance while traveling to customer sites as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years in Field Applications Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software integration and embedded computing systems.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into technical requirements or product recommendations.
• Proven ability to provide technical sales support and collaborate with regional sales managers.
• Experience presenting technical information, product capabilities, and solutions to customers.
• Strong understanding of FPGA/DSP-based embedded hardware.
• Strong understanding of RF and analog technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight and multi-day trips.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional sales managers by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions.
• Present products and technology roadmaps to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams during pre-sales engagements.
