Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Field Applications Engineer to support regional sales managers by translating customer requirements into technical solutions and presenting product roadmaps. This role is remote within the assigned territory, with substantial travel to customers and overnight visits as needed.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure successful pre-sales engagement and ongoing technical support across aerospace, defense, and embedded computing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years in Field Applications Engineering, Technical Sales Engineering, Systems Engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware/software integration and embedded computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Present products and roadmaps to customers and regional sales managers.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams during pre-sales and ongoing support.
