Job summary

You will deliver technical training, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate our technologies in field settings, while collaborating with sales and internal partners to drive solutions from lab to manufacturing scales.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field and 6+ years (or BS with 8+ years) in chromatography/bioprocessing.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical support and training.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and optimize applications across platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and demonstrate technologies to customers.
• Support colleagues and lead strategic projects with R&D input.
• Provide customer feedback to R&D and assist in product development.
