Job summary

Repligen Corp is seeking a Field Application Scientist to support its upstream bioprocessing portfolio. You will use your cell culture process development, perfusion, and filtration expertise to support customers and the sales team before and after sales.

You will also run technical seminars, product demonstrations, and on-site support to troubleshoot and optimize Repligen technologies. Strong scientific background, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering.
5+ years in cell culture within bioprocessing (process development, manufacturing, or support).
Strong troubleshooting, data interpretation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for Repligen upstream products (XCell ATF, Spectrum Hollow Fiber, TFDF, KrosFlo)
Deliver technical seminars and product demonstrations
Provide on-site and in-lab support; troubleshoot process challenges and perform root cause analysis
Draft detailed technical protocols, reports and application summaries from customer interactions
Analyze customer processes/data to identify optimization opportunities and drive improvements
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing; share feedback and market learnings
