Sino Biological Inc. is seeking a Field Application Scientist to advance sales growth across Southern California’s vibrant biotech hubs, from San Diego to Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

You will engage researchers, provide expert technical support for reagents and CRO services, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer success. The role requires a PhD or MSc with relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with 3 years working experience in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Industry sales experience within life sciences, reagent or CRO services preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong technical background in biology, drug discovery, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Territory Bulk Sales and design pricing/negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and CRO teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Develop application notes, sales tips, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Drive cross-sale initiatives promoting catalog reagents and CRO services.
• Achieve territory sales goals with field engagement and technical support.
