Job summary
Repligen Corporation is seeking a Field Applications Scientist based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support our upstream product portfolio in bioprocessing. You will partner with customers and the commercial team, providing pre- and post-sales technical support across multiple product lines and delivering on-site assistance and demonstrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biochemistry or chemical engineering is required.
- 5+ years in cell culture process development or bioprocessing with troubleshooting experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with perfusion, ATF/TFF, and cGMP is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for XCell ATF, Spectrum Hollow Fiber, TFDF, and KrosFlo product lines.
- Develop and execute project plans to help customers evaluate and implement Repligen technologies.
- Analyze customer processes to identify optimization opportunities and performance improvements.
- Draft technical protocols, reports, and application summaries from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Sales, PM, R&D and Marketing to create customer-facing resources.
