Octagon Group is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to lead technical engagements for West Coast customers on a small Americas sales team. You will guide from pre-sales to post-sale, set up test environments, and demonstrate how solutions meet customer needs.

The role requires networking experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to travel about 50% within the region and some international travel. This position offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent networking experience.
• Experience in computer networking.
• CCNA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical support for West Coast customers.
• Set up and debug test environments and configurations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Travel around 50% within the region and some international travel.
