Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for Connectors to drive revenue in the West region. This remote role (Home Based) serves CA, AZ, or NV and works with engineering teams to translate requirements into effective interconnect solutions.

You will develop accounts, support the West Region sales team, and travel up to 40% as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in technical customer support or component sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of technical customer support experience.
• At least 3 years of direct industry experience selling electronic components for medical devices or industrial markets.
• Must be able to travel up to 40% and reside in CA, AZ, or NV for remote work.
• Excellent communication skills; structured, self-motivated professional.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in defined accounts and West Region to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with customers at the engineering level to define technical requirements and provide interconnect solutions.
• Develop accounts to support the West Region sales team and expand the opportunity pipeline.
• Support the sales team by mining defined accounts for additional orders and opportunities.
• Develop product and application technical expertise to maximize sales efforts.

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Applications Engineer to join our expanding team in the Western region. This role requires a proactive approach to cultivating customer relationships and driving revenue growth through the technical expertise and support of interconnect solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue by soliciting and acquiring orders within the West Region territory.
• Collaborate with existing and prospective customers at the engineering level to understand their technical needs and provide fitting interconnect solutions.
• Develop accounts to bolster the sales team's efforts and ensure full exploration of new business opportunities.
• Drive sales growth in specified accounts and territories to meet assigned sales goals.
• Leverage strong communication skills to advance sales initiatives.
• Assist in identifying additional order opportunities within defined accounts.
• Enhance technical expertise on products and applications to optimize sales efforts.
• Communicate sales opportunities and offer technical support as necessary.
• Participate in industry trade events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in providing technical customer support.
• At least 3 years of direct industry experience in selling electronic components for medical devices or industrial markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Exceptional communication skills with a structured, self-motivated approach.
• Position is fully remote; candidates must reside in CA (preferred), AZ, or NV.
