- Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to support regional sales with pre-sales activities.

- Support regional sales managers by understanding customer requirements.
- Recommend technical solutions and present roadmaps to customers.
- Bridge customers, sales, and internal teams during pre-sales and ongoing support.
