Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist for a remote-based role in the United States. You will provide high-level technical support and pre-sales assistance for the Incucyte live-cell analysis systems, including on-site demonstrations and customer training.

Travel up to 15% is expected to support customers and sales teams. You will collaborate with sales colleagues to drive adoption of Incucyte instruments and software, train lab personnel, and collect feedback to help shape product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
• 2+ years field experience in a similar application scientist/technical support role OR lab experience with customer support.
• 2+ years of experience training lab personnel in using instruments and software.
• Extensive experience in cell biology, cell culture, microscopy techniques and image analysis.
• Experience with immune oncology, organoid-based assays, and/or image-based viability assays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site pre-sale presentations and product demonstrations; train customers on Incucyte instrumentation and software.
• Lead remote support sessions and ongoing assay support for customers.
• Collaborate with sales to drive adoption of Incucyte instruments, reagents, and software modules.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to drive product development.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and training in the CRM system.
