Job summary

Sartorius invites a versatile life sciences professional to join our Incucyte team in the Boston area (also New York option). This role combines field-based technical support, product demonstrations, and collaboration with sales to drive adoption of Incucyte instruments, reagents, and software across customers.

You will train lab personnel, optimize assays, collect feedback for product development, and maintain CRM records. Travel up to 15% overnight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Science Biology or related field.
2+ years field experience in a similar role OR combination of lab experience with customer support.
2+ years of experience training lab personnel in using instruments and software.
Extensive experience in cell biology, cell culture, microscopy techniques and image analysis.
Experience with immune oncology, organoid-based assays, and/or image-based viability assays preferred.
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Work with sales colleagues to drive sales and use of Sartorius Incucyte instruments, reagents, consumables, and software modules.
Identify customer needs and explain solutions where appropriate.
Perform product demonstrations by establishing experimental plans and setting expectations; guide assay setup and training.
Conduct on-site training and remote support sessions; expand to new application areas.
Maintain records of customer interactions and training in the CRM database.
Perform other related duties as required.
Expect up to 15% overnight travel on business days.
