Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Field Applications Specialist to serve as the primary scientific and applications expert for our cell analysis and bioprocess analytics portfolio across the Eastern United States. This is a field-based, customer-facing role working with biopharma, cell line development, and process development teams, partnering closely with Sales to deliver reliable, reproducible results.

This is a remote role within the Eastern U.S. territory with up to 85% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related life science.
• Minimum 5 years in field applications or tech support.
• Mammalian cell culture experience with CHO/HEK.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% in Eastern US territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary applications and scientific resource for customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, on-site trainings, and applications support.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, and R&D to resolve issues.
• Capture Voice of Customer and relay to Product Management and R&D.
• Guide customers to reliable, optimized measurements and workflows.
