Job summary

DapuStor Corporation is seeking a seasoned Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for customers and guide US market engagements.

You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored demonstrations, evaluate hardware requirements, and validate SSD solutions, ensuring seamless compatibility with customer architectures while maintaining up-to-date product roadmaps and documentation. This fully remote role favors candidates in California, with 10–15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong SSD and server technology knowledge with independent platform testing.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to lead technical engagements.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and databases (MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL) is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally (10-15%).
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and addressing inquiries regarding DapuStor’s product portfolio.
• Partner with the sales team to prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and product presentations tailored to the US market.
• Help customers identify technical requirements, track feedback, and recommend optimized hardware solutions.
• Assist customers with SSD evaluation and testing to ensure seamless compatibility between DapuStor products and customer architectures.
• Maintain and update product roadmaps, technical documentation, and sales collateral necessary to close deals.
