Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site hardware diagnostics and repair within a designated territory in the United States. You will respond to customer issues, analyze failures, and perform repairs on data center hardware including servers and storage systems.

The role requires driving to client sites, occasional after-hours availability, and participation in on-call rotations to service all equipment within the service area.

Qualifications

• Experience with OEM data center hardware and ability to learn new products quickly.
• Prior field service or on-site support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs and configs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and perform remote diagnostics when possible.
• Repair data center hardware (servers, storage) and optimize configurations.
• Communicate findings and parts needs to the support center and customer.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete administrative tasks on time.
