Job summary

Mountain States Custom Flavors is seeking a field-based Account Manager to grow customer relationships across UT, CO, ID, MT, NV, and WY. You will be the main commercial contact for the region, collaborating with R&D and Applications teams to bring flavors to market.

The role reports to the President and requires travel up to 40%. This is a remote, field-based position with full-time expectations and occasional updates from San Clemente or Concord facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in specialty food ingredients or flavors.
• CRM/ERP experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
• Established relationships with food, beverage, or supplement manufacturers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop new business and expand product adoption to meet sales goals.
• Travel up to 40% and conduct in-person sales calls.
