Job summary

Custom Flavors is hiring a field-based Account Manager to expand our customer relationships across Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Wyoming. You will be the main commercial contact for this Mountain States region, collaborating with R&D and Applications teams to bring flavors to market.

As the primary commercial contact, you will retain and grow revenue, develop new business with current customers, and prospect new accounts. This remote role requires travel and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients or related industry.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop new business with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory to deliver flavor solutions.
• Forecast sales and track pipeline and quarterly results.
• Manage orders, pricing, and lead times to align with company capabilities.
