Job summary

Custom Flavors is seeking an Account Manager for Mountain States (UT, CO, ID, MT, NV, WY). This field-based role focuses on retaining and growing revenue by managing customer accounts and pursuing new opportunities.

You will partner with R&D, Applications, Regulatory, QA and CS to deliver flavor solutions for food, beverage, and supplement applications. The role is remote and field-based with up to 40% travel, reporting to the President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in flavor/food ingredients or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in assigned territory.
• Develop and grow revenue within current accounts and new prospects.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and supply agreements to meet targets.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, Regulatory and CS to deliver flavor solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and travel to customer sites and events.
