Job summary

Franki is hiring an Account Executive (Field Sales) to grow our restaurant network through in-person relationship building and local market expertise. You’ll own a territory and work directly with restaurant owners to attract customers and grow their business with Franki.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, competitive, and energized by being in the field rather than behind a desk. Expect a dynamic startup environment with a strong focus on face-to-face selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a territory and working independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter mentality with high energy and accountability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to spend most time meeting customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline through in-person outreach, meetings, referrals, and local networking.
• Develop relationships with restaurant owners and operators across your territory.
• Conduct consultative demos and presentations to show value to restaurants.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Identify high-potential restaurant partners and build density in key areas.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and track activity in Salesforce.
• Follow up with prospects and move deals through the funnel.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on deal strategy and performance.
