You will educate HCPs on access, reimbursement, and patient support programs, coordinating with hub services to ensure timely patient access to therapy. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in patient support/market access, deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/commercial coverage, HIPAA compliance, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in patient support, pharma, or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare/Medicaid/commercial).
• Experience with hub programs, patient support, and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on patient access, including verification, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Analyze access trends and address barriers to improve patient access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Market Access, and HUB vendors.
• Educate field teams and HCP offices on payer coverage and hub programs.
• Support national and regional meetings and stay updated on payer policies.
