This remote/field‑based role requires deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial plans, plus 7+ years in patient support or reimbursement, with 20–25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, healthcare sales or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial).
• HIPAA compliance experience.
• Hub and patient support activities experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with 20–25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access and support programs.
• Analyze access trends and payer coverage issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address barriers to patient access.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless access to therapy.
• Monitor payer trends and respond to access questions.
• Educate field teams on access topics and hub programs.
• Escalate and coordinate access issues with third parties including hub vendor.
• Attend national and regional meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of regional and national market dynamics and payer policies.
