Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or operations, or reimbursement support.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial).
• HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
• Experience with hub and patient support activities.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% and reside in the Ohio Valley territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access and support programs.
• Analyze access trends and payer coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address barriers to patient access.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless access to therapy.
• Coordinate with hub vendor on patient cases and access issues.
• Educate field teams on access policies and product hub programs.
• Escalate access issues to appropriate third parties as needed.
• Attend national and regional meetings.
