Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager to support the Allegheny territory (OH, WV, VA, western PA). You will coordinate with market access, HUB vendors, and payer stakeholders to resolve access barriers and enable timely therapy initiation for patients.

The role requires a deep understanding of payer dynamics, prior authorization workflows, and data analysis; travel within territory is expected, with preference for proximity to a major airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access or market access roles.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, PA workflows and specialty distribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve patient access barriers across payer coverage and PA workflows.
• Partner with HCP offices to verify benefits and coordinate patient support resources.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to find access gaps and improve processes.
• Provide approved access education to internal stakeholders in line with compliance materials.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors to improve pull-through.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying access barriers early.
