Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) to advance patient access in the Mid South territory (Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina). This field-based role travels to engage with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, specialty pharmacies, and payer stakeholders to ensure streamlined access from prescription to therapy initiation while aligning with compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years in pharma field reimbursement, patient access, HUB services, or market access support roles.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and PA workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorization workflows.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Serve as field access SME and provide approved access education to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and resolve friction points.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying access barriers early.
