Job summary

You will coordinate with field sales, market access, and hub services to resolve payer barriers, analyze access trends, and ensure compliant patient support across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, operations, or reimbursement support.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial) and related access processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access, including benefit verification, prior authorization, and appeals processes.
• Analyze access trends and barriers to patient access, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Educate and update HCPs on payer coverage and hub programs; support patient access and hub education.
