Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, Installation & Repair to lead the installation and repair operations across remote travel territories accessible from Florida and other eligible states. You will steer personnel, budgets, reporting, and initiatives to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or equivalent field experience, strong data analysis and communication skills, and the ability to travel within assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or related field OR five-plus years’ experience in field operations.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Able to collect, manipulate, and distribute data for root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and with others.
• Experience in training a technical field force and managing customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and repair operations, ensuring best customer experience through all stages.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Manage daily department activities and establish performance goals.
• Review service orders and analyze trouble tickets to identify trends and issues.
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, and performance management for a high-performing team.
• Set work priorities and allocate resources to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Prepare and deliver operational presentations on performance and priorities.
• Monitor department expenditures within budgets and report on results.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to track service levels and trends.
• Recommend and approve departmental budgets and expenditures.
