Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, Installation & Repair to lead the installation and repair operations, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving operational performance. You will set priorities, coach a team, analyze service trends, and manage staffing and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or substantial field ops experience, strong problem-solving, and travel across territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required OR five-plus years of field operations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret business materials and procedures.
• Strong data collection, manipulation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience developing and training a technical field team.
• Ability to travel across territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and repair operations to ensure top customer experience.
• Develop and implement plans to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Manage daily activities, set performance expectations and drive results.
• Review service orders and analyze trouble tickets for trends and improvements.
• Lead staffing, coaching and performance management of the team.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Prepare and present operating performance reports and summaries.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget and justify variances.
• Prepare operational reports tracking service levels and trends.
• Oversee budgeting, expenditures, and capital appropriations.
