Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking an Analyst for Loss Analysis, responsible for overseeing claims filed for compliance with investor and insurer requirements. The ideal candidate will conduct loss analysis reviews and provide regular reports while ensuring all claims comply with federal laws.

A minimum of five years of experience in claims processing is required. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently, as well as expertise in FHA and VA claims guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in rebuttal of compensatory fees and curtailments process.
• In-depth understanding of all government regulations pertaining to claims filing.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Complete loss analysis reviews to safeguard the servicer’s assets.
• Analyze and rebut insurer curtailments for government insured claims.
• Provide claims loss analysis reports to management.

Skills

Strong understanding of FHA, VA and GSE claims guidelines

Excellent organization skills

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and Problem Solving skills

Microsoft Office experience and advanced Excel knowledge
