Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the P-Card program and oversee FF&E procurement for capital projects across SEARHC facilities. You will coordinate sourcing, bidding, ordering, delivery, and installation while maintaining financial controls and audit readiness.

The role requires ERP experience, strong vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with project teams, clinicians, and designers to ensure cost-effective, on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college-level business, supply chain, project management, or architectural design education preferred.
• 3 years’ procurement experience; healthcare FF&E experience preferred; ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer SEARHC's Purchasing Card (P-Card) program and cardholder support.
• Support FF&E procurement for capital construction, renovation, and facility improvements.
• Coordinate procurement from planning through delivery and installation; maintain records.
• Solicit vendor quotations, evaluate pricing, and prepare bid analyses for review.
• Coordinate deliveries, track shipments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
