Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments and guide clients through FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF requirements. You will mentor teams and support secure cloud architecture while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on assessment, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of cybersecurity risks to stakeholders, with baselines including security engineering, assessment reporting, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent security experience.
• Must be able to obtain government background clearance.
• U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform security assessments for FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP compliance.
• Guide cross-functional teams and drive client discussions on security controls.
• Author assessment reports, attestations, and compliance documentation.
• Mentor staff and support secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks clearly to stakeholders.
