Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments for client information systems, focusing on FedRAMP, RMF, and NIST standards in a remote environment. You will mentor teams, guide discussions, and support secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation.

You’ll apply deep technical expertise, perform vulnerability management with Nessus/ACAS/STAIR, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute security assessments for FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP.
• Guide cross-functional teams and lead compliance discussions with control requirements.
• Author assessment reports and customer-facing compliance documentation.
