Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead advanced security assessments for client information systems in a fast-paced remote setting. You will guide FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF requirements, mentor teams, and support secure cloud architecture and risk mitigation.

You’ll collaborate with public safety and enterprise clients, produce clear assessment reports, and help shape security strategy across projects, travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government customers.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute security assessments, guiding compliance with FISMA, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP.
• Apply deep technical knowledge in security engineering and secure architectures.
• Engage with clients, mentor team members, and communicate cybersecurity concerns clearly.
